He was predeceased by: his father Pascal Koostachin of Fort Albany. He is survived by: his mother Rolanda Manitowabi of Wikwemikong; his son Bentley Antoine; his grandmother Rosemary; his siblings, Hope, Leo, Frank (Shanna), Douglas, Travis and Rodney; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle, Chace, Silver, John, Nora, Reba, Raiden and Leah. He is also survived by his extended family, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
