He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Marjorie McNeil of Georgian Bluffs; his wife Inez of Wiarton; his stepdaughter Deborah McGarvey; and his nieces and nephews, Barb McNeil (Ken), Christopher McNeil (Vicki), Nancy McGee (Jamie) and Scott McNeil.
