With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Arthur Noble of Wiarton, Ontario, who passed away on July 10, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Noble and Arthur Noble; and his sister Ruth McMillan (Ernie). He is survived by: his spouse Elva; and his siblings, Faye, Gary Campbell of Pike Bay, Betty Lou and David Toms of Owen Sound. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
