He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; his siblings, Ivan Lemcke (Florence), Albert Lemcke (Wilma), Alan Lemcke, Carmen Lemcke and Isabell Everatt (Harold); and his sister-in-law Grace Steacy.

He is survived by: his son Rodney; his daughter-in-law Leanne Weller of Port Elgin; his granddaughter Charlene Krane of Port Elgin; his great grandchildren, Cohen and Lexis; his siblings, Morgan Lemcke (Signa), Roy Lemcke (Donna) and Hazel Hahn (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Jean Lemcke, Rose Lemcke and Evan Steacy.
