He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Hill and Gordon Hill; his brothers, Barrett Lumley and Maurice Dobson (Bruce Dobson); and his nephews, Peter and Conner Sampson.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Hill; his siblings, Norma Lumley of Paris and Bill Hill (Susan) of Waterloo; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Sampson (Alan) and Zelma Dobson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Zion-Keppel United Church, Owen Sound Hospital Foundation or the Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation would be appreciated.
