He is survived by: his children, Phil Baumgarten of Clifford, Brenda Baumgarten of Portland, Oregon, Richard Baumgarten of Wiarton, Amanda Baumgarten and Denis Fontana of Elora; his grandsons, Grant and Oliver; and his siblings, Elke, Werner Stoll of Nanaimo, BC, Henning and Esther Baumgarten of Collingwood.
Memorial donations to Bruce Peninsula Health Services Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
