It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Holmberg of Whitney, Ontario, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Holmberg; and her brother Greg. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Holmberg (Kenneth Groomes) of Guelph, Jodi Cameron (Kirk) of Kingston and Adam Holmberg of Whitney; her grandchildren, Mia and Mason; her siblings, Raymond Lavalley (Marlene) of Lake St, Dorothy Groomes of Huntsville, Tom Lavalley (Linda) of Oshawa, Jack Lavalley (Sharon) of Carleton Place, Ursula Lavalley of Huntsville, Phillip Lavalley (Yvonne) of Sabine, Hilda Scott (Harry) of Sabine and Jeff Lavalley (Janice) of Peterborough; her sister-in-law Norma; her close friends, Rick and Bev Etmanski; and also, Ralph, Esther, Clinton, Phyllis, Dick and Millie. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
