She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Borutski; her parents, Martin Chapeskie and Catherine (Smaglinskie); and her siblings, Annie, Thomas, Joseph, Ambrose, Martin and Mary.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ursula Chapeskie. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the family will have a private funeral service with Father Beanish officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Whitney or St. Francis Memorial Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
