He was predeceased by: his mother Mary MacDonald. He is survived by: his father Bernard Box (Margaret); his siblings, Betty Gibson, Denise MacCormack and Chrissy Robillard; and his close friend Margaret Kazias of Toronto. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
