Lilburn was predeceased by: parent William Fraser; daughter Cheryl; and siblings, Murray and Mabel. Lilburn is survived by: parent Lottie Fraser; grandchild Adam Meek (Lan) of Kanata; great grandchildren, William, Mackenzie and Madeleine; and siblings-in-law, Lorne Stewart of Arnprior and Joan Dollack of Toronto.

Interment will take place at White Lake Community Cemetery at a later date. memory of Lilburn, a donation may be made to the Grove Redevelopment Fund.
