She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Smith and Mona Smith (Fortin); and her siblings, Donald (late Mary), Robert (Velma), Terry (Carleen), Elizabeth "Betty" Amos (late Gordon) and Nancy Tessier (late Donald).
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Van Dusen of Arnprior and Christina Van Dusen of Whitby; her grandchildren, Hayden and Mackayla; her sister Penny Curnock (Bill) of White Lake; and her nieces and nephews, Karen, Connie, Bobbi-Jo, Timothy, Jefferey, Shelley, Donald, Michelle, Gregory, Angela and Kayty.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly appreciates donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society in honour of Wendy's life.
