With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Elizabeth Pizzolato (Whitby, Ontario), who passed away on March 28, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bruce and Lillian Bruce (Leo); and her siblings, William, Gordon, Allan, Archie and Jean.

She is survived by: her significant other Leo; her children, Allan (Jane), Bruce (Ruth), Norman (Michele), Brenda Nicholson (Al) and Karen Grey (Roy Cory); and her grandchildren, Lisa, Ryan, Michael, Philip, Lynne, Carrie, Jennifer, Lindsey, Daniel, Jason, Kristy, Kevin, Kaitlin and Jay.
