He is survived by: his close friends, Rachel (Mike), Rick (Olivia), Claire (Tim) and Lucinda; his siblings, Tim (Diane) and Cindy (John); his father Rick; his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Scott, Kristen and Michael; and his pets, Molly and Lizzie. He is also survived by father to his kids.
