We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2022, at the age of 70, Piotr Mlodzianowski (Whitby, Ontario), born in Warsaw, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Konrad (Patricia) and Voytek (Katherine); his grandchildren, Oskar, Klara, Maverick, Mikka and Marcela; his sister Anna (Ignacy); his nephew Michal (Anna); and also Jagoda.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
