He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Huibert Ginhoven and Carolina van Ginhoven; his spouse Lamkje; his children, Hubert van Ginhoven (Linda), John van Ginhoven (late Wilma), Carol McCelland (Bob), Gay Lootsma (Jake) and Yolanda Lloyd (late James); his grandchildren, Steve (Shelley), Mike (Donna), Michael (Megan), Tracy (Randy), Julie, Alison, Crystal (Phillip), Lisa (Juan), Sharon (John), John (Lauren), Andrea (Graham), Bryan (Laura), Donna (Brandon) and Melissa (Ryan); and his siblings, Martin (Truus), Kees (Ingeborg), Huibert and Carolina. He was also cherished by his many great-grandchildren and will be missed by his extended family and friends.
