He was predeceased by: his sister Cathy. He is survived by: his wife Susan Moore; his daughters, Sara Budgell (Shane) and Emily Dickhoff (Leon); his grandchildren, Audrey, Charlotte, Sadie, Kees and Isla; and his siblings, Craig and Kelly.
