She was predeceased by: her husband Basil Hayes; her sons, Douglas Hayes and Raymond Hayes (Brenda); her father Leo; and her siblings, Ron, Veronica, Hilda, Bea, Lloyd, Theresa and Leo.

She is survived by: her children, Gregory Hayes (Diane), Brian Hayes (Janet), Marlene Cooper, Danny Hayes (Debra), Wayne Hayes (Marlene) and Heather Dorie (Jim).
