It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Normand LeBlanc of Whitby, Ontario, born in Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelard LeBlanc and Alma LeBlanc (Gautreau). He is survived by: his siblings, Elphège (Annette) of Petit-Cap, Norbert (late Donalda) of Bas-Cap and Denise LeBlanc (late André Blanchet) of Dieppe. He is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.
