He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Balazic and Agata Balazic; and his siblings, Ivan, Mary, Tinek (Matilda), Stevek (Tereza) and Joze Gjuran.
He is survived by: his spouse Veronika "Vera"; his children, Natasa (David Bonnevie), Elizabeth (Craig Warren), Michelle (Nicholas Emond) and Dedek; his grandchildren, Veronika, Isabelle and Keanu; and his siblings, Micka and Agata (Joseph Casar). He is also survived by his brother and sister in laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
