Marija Obal Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marija Obal (Whitby, Ontario), who passed away on March 19, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Pecic and Terezija Pecic; her husband Matija; and her son Matija (Mathew). She is survived by: her daughter Kristina (David Chalker); her child-in-law Zdenka Obal; her grandchildren, Melissa (Jonathan Bell), Miller, Madison of Hermosillo, Mexico. and Erik Obal (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Liam, Charlotte and Samantha; and also, Tanya (Marian Kosara), Niko and Oliver.
In memory of Marija memorial donations to Alzheimer's Society of Durham Region would be appreciated.
