She was predeceased by: her son Horace (Shirley). She is survived by: her children, Franklin (Bernadette), Mabel (Clinton), Evelyn (late Chuck), Phillip (Viorica), Perry, Paulette (Richard) and Linda (Rob). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to local food banks be made in Lucy's memory.
