He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Spratley and Sidney Spratley; his wife Evelyn Adele Spratley; and his daughter-in-law Kathryn Spratley. He is survived by: his son Richard Spratley; his daughter-in-law Darlene; his granddaughters, Hollie and Skylar; his son James Spratley; his stepgrandchildren, Alex Khobod, Tasha Eisen and Maxwell Eisen; his sister Carole Elder; and also Jennifer Spratley.
