He is survived by: his wife Ingrid; his children, Jane Piersma (Stan), Linda Zekveld (Tom), Alan (Martha) and Renee Reynolds (Paul); and his grandchildren, Jen (Chris), Cara (Joel), Stephanie (Kevin), David (Vianna), Karin, Timothy (Julie), Andrea (Daniel), Matthew, Kristen (Remy), Corrinna, Kerri, Brooklyn, Chelsea, Taylor, Rowan, Clayton, Adrian, Isaac and Liam. He is also survived by his family and friends.
