He was predeceased by: his brother Roy McDowell. He is survived by: his wife Ruth McMillan; his children, Diane Jewiss (Greg), Keith, Ross and David McMillan; his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Christina), Kevin (Kelsea) and Emily; and his sister-in-law Joy Rankin (Bill).
