James Alexander Macpherson Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Alexander Macpherson (Whitby, Ontario), born in Kincardine, Ontario, who passed away on January 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Katherine Macpherson (Brown) and Franklin Edward Macpherson; his siblings, John Macpherson and Mary Culbert; and his brother-in-law Murray Culbert.

He is survived by: his pet Hazel; his daughter Sandra Bennett; his son-in-law Don Sinclair; his grandchildren, Francine Houston (Patrick) and Stuart Bruce; his great grandchildren, Georgia and Lloyd Houston; his sister-in-law Evonne Macpherson; and his former wife Patricia Endicott. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Sandy's life will be held once Covid restrictions allow the type of celebration he would have wanted – lots of people, lots of fun, and perhaps a drink or two.

Memorial donations to the War Amps of Canada would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
