As Hazel departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Hazel. Though Hazel may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Griff; and her sisters, Charlotte and Marie. She is survived by: her brother Norman; her daughter Lynn; her son-in-law John Vandermeer; her son Eric; and her grandsons, Brent and Darren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the W. C. Town Funeral Chapel (110 Dundas St E, Whitby, ON L1N2H7). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
