She was predeceased by: her husband George Kollaard; her sons, George Kollaard and Lloyd Kollaard; her daughter-in-law Gail Kollaard; and her siblings, Emmy Bosgraaf, Dean Arends, Klaas, Luke and Bert. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
