It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick John Herbert Jr. (Whitby, Ontario), who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Zachary Green-Herbert; his parents, Frederick John Herbert Sr. and Rosemary Herbert; and his siblings, Frances Corrigan, Stephen Herbert and David Herbert.
He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Andrews, Monica Sosnowski, Robert Herbert, Carol Berkhof, Ted Herbert, Brian Herbert, Chris Herbert, Paul Herbert and Rose Cavanaugh; and his great-nephew Drew. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
