He was predeceased by: his brother Len. He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy; his sons, Greg (Maryse) and Gary; his granddaughters, Serena (Paul) and Amy (Jacob); and his sisters, Patricia and Molly.
As per Frank's wishes, in lieu of flowers charitable donations can be made to the Sunnybrook Foundation or to War Amps Canada.
