She was predeceased by: her husband Grant. She is survived by: her niece Daunine; her nephew Joe; her pet Franie; and her sisters-in-law, Marion (Winnipeg), Maxine and Eileen (Edmonton). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, their children, their grandchildren and her numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Palliative Care Unit at the Comox Valley Hospital.
