She was predeceased by: her son Christopher Worona. She is survived by: her brothers, Richard (Dick), Bernard (Ben), John, Harry, James (Jimmy) and Joseph Lack; her husband Joseph; her children, Bernard, Anthony (Danise), Greg (Susanne) and Andrea (Justin); her grandchildren, Serhij, Tetjana, Oksana, Zachariah, Shannon, Madison, Kayley, Oliver, Thomas and Jack; her sister Rosemary Duffell; and her sisters-in-law, Beatrice and Anne Lack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
