In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Edward's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Edward's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his son David; and his brother William. He is survived by: his son John (Janet); his grandchildren, Laura (Mike), Lisa (Mike) and Myles; and his great grandchildren, Wesley and Willa. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church (903 Giffard St, Whitby, ON L1N2S3). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Cemetery (590 Rossland Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R3J8).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Lakeridge Health Foundation, in recognition of the care Edward received. Donations are being accepted for: LAKERIDGE HEALTH FOUNDATION (Lakeridge Health Foundation).
