She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bowman and Josephine Bowman; and her husbands, Roderick McAlpine and William Stewart. She is survived by: her brothers, Cam and Ronald; her children, Mary Jane Untereiner, Roderick McAlpine (Tara), John McAlpine (Linda) and Margaret "Meg" McAlpine (Peter); her grandchildren, Caitlin Kordic (Nick), Sara Machalek (Peter), Roddy, Amelie Untereiner, Connor and Aidan Carter; her great grandchildren, Camden, Carter, Palmer Kordic and Bodhi Machalek; her stepson Christopher; her grandsons, Michael (Richelle), Andrew (Kaela) and Kevin Stewart; and also Silvia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
