He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Jack and Herman Jack; and his siblings, Von, Hilaire, Edward, Bruce, Francis and Marguerite.

He is survived by: his siblings, Michael and Mike'; his wife Judith Anne; his children, David (Mary Anne), Marguerite and Jerome (Christine); his great grandchildren, Maathiny, Emlyn Earle and Shod'; his nieces, Suzanne Hayes and Lynda Tyler; and his nephew Paul Neubauer (Mary).

To honour COVID protocols, the family will hold a second mass and celebration of Michael's life when restrictions are reduced.

Donations to The Yonge Street Mission, (YSM), will be gratefully accepted in lieu of flowers.
