He was predeceased by: his grandson Darryl Cairns; his great grandchild George Milner; his parents, Harry Milner and Francis Milner; and his siblings, Herb, Vera, Clarence, May, Millie and Harry Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Charlene, Cathy (Dave) and Mike (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kevin, Andrew (Sarah), Ashley (Kirk) and Jessica (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Charlie, Levi, Carson, Violet and Hailey; his stepgrandchildren, Kerry (Cam) and Laurel (Justin); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Elliott and Bessie. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
