She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Welsh and Elizabeth Welsh; and her siblings, Thomas Welsh and Kathleen Rice. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Welsh (Sharon), Kelly Ross and Anthony Ross (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Dylan Ross, Cory Ross and Sydney Ross; and her siblings, Joseph Welsh, Gerald Welsh, Brian Welsh, Elizabeth McNair and Pauline Robertson.
