He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Patchett and Marie Patchett; and his sister Madalyn. He is survived by: his spouse Lavoine; his children, Lynn Scotton (Les), Alan (Melissa), Pamela Rougoor (John) and Bradley (Erin); his grandchildren, Victoria (Mario), Daniel (Brittany), Tanya, Mitchell, Jamie (Danielle), Christopher (Jessie), Scott (Kita), Evan, Matthew and Gabe; his siblings, Bernie Madore (Stan), Ruth Pinnock, Leo (Mary) and Norm (Colleen); and his siblings-in-law, Bernice, Ed Woelk, Shirley McKeen, Barb and Ken Tetzlaff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as his many friends.
