He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Coulter and Jean Coulter; and his siblings, Arley (late Dorothy), Milo and Clinton (late Jeanette).
He is survived by: his wife Sue Coulter. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
