It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris Dowell of Wheatley, Ontario, born in Windsor, Ontario, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dowell and Katherine Dowell (Godfrey); and his brother Allan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dowell (Easterbrook); and his siblings, Moira Noble (Paul), Alison Dowell-Bas (Jerry) and Lisa Dowell (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
