She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Henry Boese; her children, Peter Boese (Tina), Henry Boese (Tina), Jake Boese, Nancy Reimer (George), Dave Boese (Helena), George Boese (Tina) and Corney Guenther (Susie); her parents, Jacob Rempel and Aganetha Rempel; and her siblings, Jacob, Helena, Maria, Anna, Isaak, Sara, Gerhard, Margaretha, Peter, Justina, Benjamin, Elizabeth and Susana. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews.
