He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dora Robinson (late Joseph), Audrey Scott (late Douglas), Margaret Fisher (late Roy), Rita Couturier, Maurice Couturier (late Winnifred) and Emard Couturier; and his parents, Ephriam Couturier and Mary Couturier.

He is survived by: his spouse Lillis Couturier; his children, Debbie Dupuis (Joe), Penny Couturier Gatineau (Jacques Fradette), Nancy Couturier, Ottawa Pembroke and Brian Couturier Pembroke (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Adam (Jun), Geoffrey, Carrie Dupuis (Lee), Michelle Fradette, Braydon and Meegan Couturier; his great grandchild Mika; and his sibling-in-law Laurette Couturier.
