She was predeceased by: her husband Vern Couturier; and her parents, Alexander Ethier and Mina Ethier. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Dupuis (Joe), Penny Couturier Gatineau (Jacques Fradette), Nancy Couturier and Brian Couturier Pembroke (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Adam (Jun), Geoffrey, Carrie Dupuis (Lee), Michelle Fradette, Braydon and Meegan Couturier; her great grandchild Mika; her siblings, Laurette Couturier (late Emard) and Francis Ethier (late Claire); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley and Joan Ethier.
