He was predeceased by: his parents, Arndell McBride and Ellen McBride; and his brother Harry. He is survived by: his children, Hugh (Marisa Scaramella), Kirby (Linda Hanusaik), Boston, Heidi, Montreal and Ruth McBride; his stepsons, Russell Newall (Cheryl Taylor), Markham and Trevor Newall (Alleta Thede); his grandchildren, Emma, Charlotte, Joshua, Spencer, Ellie, Nora, Edward, Ben, Connor, Evie and Lily; and his siblings, Arthur, Shirley, Murray and Gayle Stewart.
