It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley Otsuka (Wellington, Ontario), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on May 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Yuwao Otsuka and Kazue Otsuka; and his sister Toshiko Kawaii (Harry). He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Terry, Brad (Natasha) and Kyle (Jenny); his grandchildren, Scott, Makenna and Georgia; his great grandchildren, Leo and Jake; and his siblings, Lillian, Randy and Barry.
