He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mildred (Nini) and Arthur Boettger; his parents, Brian Glazebrook and Joyce Glazebrook; and his stepfather John Cowley.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his sons, Phil and Brad; his grandchildren, PJ and Clover; his brother Paul (Eva) of Massachusetts; and his nieces and nephews, David (Amie), Aaron (Melissa), Neil (Linda) and Katy (Ken).
