She is survived by: her mother Florence; her children, BJ and Erica; her siblings, Pat, Rob (Kelly), Connie, Kathy and Daryl (Talaya); her nieces and nephews, Chris (Lauren), Joe (Sara), Jess, Tyler, Mia and Alyssa; and her caregivers, Bonnie Lewis, Jackie Peters, Linda and Larry Lyons.
