He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Carroll and Betty Carroll. He is survived by: his children, Nick (Kayla) and Lisa (Steven); his grandchildren, John Henry and Addison Iralyn; his siblings, Susan (Jim), James (Ruthann), Donna (Barrie), Heather and Sally (Rob); and also Linda Carroll.
