He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his parents, Ralph Boverhof and Alice Boverhof. He is survived by: his family, John, Joanne, Nancy, Jennie, Sam, Susan, Stina, Henry, Sylvia, Bert, Margaret, Alice, Henrietta, Rudy, Debbie Jerry and Pierre; and his in-laws, Murray, Anne Byers, Willy and Paul VanderTuin.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riverside Christian Reformed Church (74094 Wellandport Rd, Wellandport, ON L0R2J0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
