He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Rice and Daisy Rice; and his brother Dave Rice. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Rice and Marilyn McPherson; his cousin Blake Gracie; his brother Paul Rice; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Stewart (Dean), Donna Knipfel (Joe) and Roswell McPherson.
The Rice family is requesting donations in Tom's name to be made in lieu of flowers at Tallman Funeral Home.
