It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Nicholls (Welland, Ontario), who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, William Joseph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William Joseph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Lenore Nicholls. He is survived by: his children, Tim (Kris), Tom (Jean), Terry (Tracey), Toby (Julie) and Tracey (Danny). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home (241 W Main St, Welland, ON L3C5A4). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
